Black Veil Brides initially scheduled on the Trinity of Terror Tour on Thursday, April 7th at UPMC Events Center in Moon Township, PA is no longer performing alongside the other bands due to testing positive for COVID-19. The remaining artists are still performing and show time remains the same at 6:30PM.
This event has a no-refund policy but extends a 7-day refund window as a courtesy. Refunds are available through April 13, 2022. Please keep in mind that once tickets are scanned at the venue entrance, they are no longer eligible for a refund.
Please Note: If the tickets were transferred to you, the refund will go to the fan who originally purchased the tickets from Ticketmaster.
To request a refund please follow these instructions:
1. Log in to your online account
2. Click "My Tickets" to get to your "My Events" Page.
3. Click the "See Details" button to the right of your order.
4. Click the Contact Us button at the bottom right of the screen and chose "Email Us". Please ensure that in the Subject box, you select "Request a Refund or a Credit". In the Refund or Credit box, select "Refund", then let us know the Refund Quantity you are requesting ("Full" or "Part of My Order"). If Partial, you state which seats you would like refunded.
5. Once you click the blue "Send" button, you will receive an automated reply letting you know that your refund has been submitted. Note that refunds will be processed to the original method of payment used at time of purchase, once funds are received from the Event Organizer, which is usually completed within 30 days.
